We carefully follow the recommendations of global and local public health authorities, all apartment hygiene procedures have been carefully analyzed and adapted to the current situation.
By choosing apartments in our company, our guests can be sure that the highest safety standards regarding hygiene and order are respected.
The Stay Safe Program, implemented for the sake of the safety of our guests, includes:
Reception located at our office:
- During check-in, a maximum of 2 guests can stay in the office.
- Guests are required to wear a mask.
- Office rooms are disinfected.
- There is a disinfectant liquid at the entrance to the office.
- We encourage our guests to make non-cash settlements.
- Payment terminals are disinfected after each use.
- Guests use disposable pens.
- Disposable disinfectants and masks are available in the office.
Apartaments:
- The apartments are ventilated after each stay.
- Each apartment is generally cleaned and all surfaces as well as taps, switches, remote controls etc. are disinfected.
- Towels and bed linen are washed in a specialized laundry that meets the highest safety standards.
- The cleaning staff is equipped with masks and disposable gloves, which are changed each time before cleaning a new apartment.
- On request, the room can be ozonized.
Employees of the Welcome Apartment company:
- Each employee of the Welcome Apartment company has its temperature measured on a regular basis.
- All our employees follow strict guidelines, including frequent and rigorous washing of hands and wearing a mask.
- All our associates are also obliged to adhere to strict safety procedures and the highest hygiene standards.
Medical care:
In the event of a health threat to our guests, we provide assistance in contact with a doctor. The Stay Safe program has been developed with the health and well-being of our guests in mind, so that they can rest peacefully in the safe interior of the apartment.
